TruckMath Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy explains how TruckMath handles personal information for the TruckMath website and the TruckMath Sales mobile app. TruckMath Sales is a business app used by approved freight sales representatives to build and maintain shipper profiles.

Information We Collect

• Account and authentication data: email address, mobile session records, hashed session tokens, device label, device identifier, platform, app version, OTP request metadata, and security audit events.
• Shipper profile content: notes, dock details, hours, contacts, freight profiles, follow-up dates, routing guide details, RFP lane context, and other profile fields entered by sales representatives.
• Media and capture data: photos, business-card images, parsed contact information, voice recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated profile-section suggestions when these features are used.
• Location data: approximate or precise device location when the user grants permission so the app can rank nearby shippers and open route directions. Location is used for this app functionality and is not sold.
• Push notification data: Expo push token, device platform, app version, and notification delivery records for follow-up reminders and RFP due dates.
• Website contact data: name, email, company, interest area, message, and source URL submitted through the TruckMath contact form.

How We Use Information

We use the information to authenticate approved users, protect accounts, operate the mobile CRM workflow, synchronize offline field captures, store and display shipper media, suggest profile sections from captures, deliver reminders and RFP alerts, respond to support requests, maintain security/audit records, and comply with legal, customer, and freight record obligations.

Sharing and Service Providers

TruckMath does not sell personal information and does not use mobile app data for third-party advertising. We share information only as needed to run TruckMath, support customers, comply with law, or protect the service. Service providers may include cloud hosting, database, email, Azure Blob Storage, Expo push notifications, app store services, maps/directions providers, and AI processing providers configured for business-card parsing or voice transcription.

Biometrics

Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, and Android biometric unlock are handled by the device operating system. TruckMath does not receive, store, or transmit biometric templates. The app only receives a success or failure result from the operating system.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain freight, customer, security, audit, and support records, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law. Mobile sessions can expire or be revoked. Media and shipper profile content are retained according to customer and operational requirements unless deleted or de-identified under an approved request.

Account Deletion and Data Requests

Users can request deletion from the TruckMath Sales mobile app on the Account screen. Users can also request deletion, access, correction, or other privacy help by emailing hello@truckmath.com. Requests are processed subject to identity verification, customer authorization, security controls, legal obligations, contracts, and required freight or audit-record retention.

Security

TruckMath uses access controls, protected mobile session storage, hashed server-side session tokens, audit logging, HTTPS, and cloud provider security controls to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to limit access to authorized personnel and approved service providers.

Your Choices

• You can decline camera, microphone, photo, location, or notification permissions, but related app features may not work.
• You can remove the mobile session from a device by signing out.
• You can contact TruckMath for account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.

Children

TruckMath Sales is a business application and is not directed to children.
